1. We are a listing platform, not a provider

Every PG, hostel, mess, tiffin service, vehicle and other service on Jeevigo is owned and operated by an independent third party. Jeevigo does not own, manage, let, cook, drive or maintain any of them, and has no control over how they are run.

2. Listing information is indicative

Rent, deposits, menu prices, rental rates, room availability, facilities and photographs are supplied by the provider or recorded during a visit. They can change at any time without notice. Always confirm current terms directly with the provider before making a decision.

3. What "verified" means

A verification date means someone from our team visited on that date and recorded what was visible. It is not a safety certificate, a legal clearance, a quality guarantee, or confirmation that the provider owns the property or holds required licences. Please read the full explanation in section 3 of our Terms & Conditions.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on Jeevigo is legal, financial, tax, medical or nutritional advice. Content about rents, agreements, areas or food is general information only. Take your own advice before signing a rental agreement or paying a deposit.

5. Please make your own checks

Before you pay anyone, we strongly recommend that you:

• visit the place in person, ideally with a friend or family member;
• ask to see proof of ownership, or written authority to let the premises;
• read the rental agreement in full and keep a signed copy and a receipt for every payment;
• check food hygiene and licensing for yourself if you are subscribing to a mess or tiffin service;
• check insurance, registration and the vehicle's condition before renting one, and never hand over original documents;
• be cautious of anyone who pressures you to pay quickly or to transfer money before you have seen the place.

Jeevigo never collects rent, deposits or advances, and will never ask you to transfer money to us. If someone claims to be collecting payment on our behalf, do not pay, and tell us immediately on +91 81220 71014.

6. External links

Jeevigo links to third-party sites and to WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Jeevigo available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as described in section 10 of our Terms & Conditions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
